"Staff was unfriendly"
I went in hoping for a decent experience, but the staff just seem like they didn’t really want to help. I felt kind of brushed off the whole time, and it wasn’t very welcoming at all.

If this is accurate, I regret getting involved. The replies were slow, there weren’t any clear updates, and I kept having to chase for answers. It made the whole experience way more stressful than it needed to be

I got a quote from RERS it was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. The pricing was broken down clearly enough that I knew what I was paying for, and there weren’t any weird extra charges added on later. It did take a little while to get a few details back, but to be fair, I was probably being a bit impatient because I was trying to sort everything out quickly. Overall, a solid experience, so I’d give them 4 stars...
"Felt like something was off"
I didn’t find the advice all that helpful. The whole thing felt kind of rushed, like they were just trying to get me in and out instead of really explaining anything. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it almost felt like there was some script they were sticking to and I wasn’t really supposed to ask too many questions. Could be fine for other people, but for me it just didn’t sit right, so I probably wouldn’t use them again.

I’ve used them before and remember the service being better. This time was okay overall, but they showed up a bit late, which threw things off a little. Not terrible, just not as smooth as it used to be...

I signed up hoping this would actually bring my bills down, but they’re still high. I don’t feel like I’ve saved much at all, which is really disappointing. At this point, I’d expect some kind of compensation or adjustment since the service hasn’t delivered the savings I was led to expect.

It was fair enough for what I got, but definitely not the cheapest option. I checked the receipt afterward and felt like the value was okay, just a little pricier than I expected

"Decent enough, but I wish it had been smoother"
I used rersgroup.co.uk and it was okay overall. Nothing went seriously wrong, and I did get what I needed in the end, but I kept feeling like I was losing time because parts of the process were slower than expected and not always that clear. It wasn’t a bad experience, just one of those where you worry you might’ve been better off with something quicker or more straightforward.

"Wish I’d looked around a bit more"
I had some work done at home and, to be fair, it wasn’t too disruptive. They kept the place reasonably tidy and mostly stayed out of the way, so at first I thought I’d made a decent choice.
Looking back though, I do regret not asking more questions beforehand about how they manage communication. I kept having to chase for updates, times changed more than once, and it often felt like no one was really on the same page.
The finished result is okay, but the process was a lot more stressful than it needed to be. I wouldn’t say it was a total disaster, but I do wish I’d taken a bit more time to compare options before booking them.

The project ended up taking way longer than I was originally told. At first things seemed fine, but after I paid, I started to feel like I couldn’t fully trust the process anymore because updates became so hard to get. I kept having to chase them just to find out what was going on, which got really frustrating. If timing matters to you, I wouldn’t recommend using them

"Should’ve trusted my gut"
The install felt rushed from the start, and I should’ve trusted my instinct. There were gaps left around the edges, and the cleanup wasn’t done properly either. I’m really not happy with how it turned out.

"Survey was kinda okay overall"
The survey was mostly fine and seemed accurate for the most part. There were just a couple of things I felt could’ve been checked a bit better. Overall, it wasn’t a bad service and I did get the info I needed, but I kinda had to ask a few follow-up questions to feel clear on everything.

I tried booking through RERS Group and it was more hassle than I expected. The website wasn’t very clear, and after going through the process I wasn’t even sure if my booking had actually gone through. I kept checking my emails and waiting for some kind of proper confirmation, but there wasn’t really any follow-up, which was frustrating. It did get sorted in the end, but the whole thing felt a bit messy and didn’t leave the best first impression.

"Aftercare was alright, just a bit slow"
The aftercare was okay in the end, but I did have to follow up a couple of times before I got a proper answer. I might be mixing up the days a bit because it all dragged on, but I remember feeling like I’d been waiting longer than expected. They did sort it eventually, so no major complaints, just wish it had been a bit quicker and clearer.

"Paperwork was a total mess"
The paperwork process was awful. Super disorganized. Forms missing, unclear instructions, and way more hassle than it needed to be. Not a great experience.

"Honestly confused by how the staff treated me"
I’m still kind of confused by the whole experience. I felt like the staff were ignoring me, and when someone finally did speak to me, the tone wasn’t great at all. It just didn’t feel professional or welcoming, and I left feeling disappointed.

"I’ve used this company before and normally..."
I’ve used this company before and normally feel good about them, so this was a bit disappointing. The work itself was one thing, but they left dust and little bits all over the place and didn’t seem to do even a quick clean-up before leaving. It felt like they were in a hurry to get out, and I ended up having to tidy everything myself. I want to stay loyal because I’ve had better experiences with them in the past, but this one definitely made me second-guess that.

"Good help with my grant form"
I used RERS Group to help with a grant application, it was much less painful than I expected, which is always a nice surprise when paperwork is involved. They told me what documents I needed, checked everything over before it was submitted, and generally made the whole thing feel straightforward.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that I did have to chase once for an update, because apparently grant forms weren’t quite exciting enough already. To be fair, they replied after that and got everything sorted. I’d use them again

"Just didn’t feel trustworthy to me!!!"
I had a look at rersgroup.co.uk i just didn’t feel that confident using it!!! A few things felt a bit unclear to me, and I couldn’t really get enough reassurance to properly trust it!!!
Maybe other people will be totally fine with it, but personally I’d say be careful and do your own checks first!!! I wouldn’t use it again!!!
